Prima Grout & Tile Solutions Sdn Bhd was established in 2026 by a founding team that has delivered 100+ projects across Malaysia. Grouting is our specialty, and tiling is now a core service.

We started PRIMA because we believed Malaysian spaces deserved better finishing work, done with more care, stronger accountability and materials built to last. We do not measure our work by whether flaws are noticed. We measure it by whether we know it was done correctly.
Who we are
Finishing specialists, not general contractors.
Prima Grout & Tile Solutions Sdn Bhd was set up with one purpose: to bring a higher standard of grout and tile finishing to Malaysia. We focus on grout systems, tile integrity and how surfaces perform over time.
The projects on this website were carried out by our founding team and, since 2026, by Prima: homes, condominiums, offices, shops and a hotel, from Penang to Johor and across to Pahang.
What we believe
A stain on the grout is usually the sign of a deeper problem.
A grout stain, a hollow tile or an uneven finish is often the visible result of something underneath. Most repair work fails because that cause was never diagnosed.
We believe the standard of finishing work in Malaysia should be higher: not only in how it looks on handover day, but technically, structurally and over the years that follow.

Assess first
We check the tiles, the joints and what sits underneath, both what you can see and what you cannot.
Find the cause
Stains, cracks and hollow tiles usually have a reason. We find it before we recommend anything.
Apply the right system
The grout or tiling method is chosen for the room: wet or dry, indoor or outdoor, foot traffic and sun.
Follow up regularly
Even after the work is finished, we follow up with our clients regularly.
